Umoja Food Truck

Brief: Create a product or service that tackles food waste. Idea: Create a food truck that operates off of food donations from restaurants, food courts, and corporate cafeterias. The Umoja Food Truck provides free meals to Atlanta's Southwest Side, a food-insecure area. Umoja operates from food donations by local restaurants and corporate donors.
